Refund Eligibility Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances: A complaint is submitted within 2 days of the service date. The car wash was incomplete or key areas were clearly missed. Damage occurred to the vehicle during the wash, and it can be reasonably verified. The wrong service package was provided compared to what was paid for. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be issued for: Vehicles that became dirty again after leaving the premises. Services performed more than 2 days ago. Issues not reported in a timely manner or without evidence (e.g., photos, receipts). Stains, marks, or damage pre-existing on the vehicle before the wash. Water spots or environmental effects post-wash due to weather or parking conditions. Service Redo Option If you are unsatisfied, we may offer a free rewash within 48 hours instead of a refund, depending on the circumstances. This is often the fastest way to resolve most concerns.
